Ms. Williams has twenty years of community lending, management and experience in real estate finance. She is a highly ranked loan officer who, with her innovative leadership techniques, established and managed mortgage branches for regional and national banks.
She has produced millions of dollars in home loan sales and was consistently ranked in the top for number of units produced among peers.
During her years in the mortgage industry Ms. Williams recognized a need for additional services to the first time homebuyer market. As a result, she wrote a proposal for a mortgage office that included a classroom and a resource center to better serve consumers and employees. The bank president accepted her proposal and a unique mortgage branch opened. It received local and national recognition in St. Louis Commerce Magazine and Real Estate Finance Today.
In addition, Ms. Williams has taught seminars for the Mortgage Bankers Association (Serving the Underserved: Success Stories), the St. Louis Association of Realtors (FHA and VA Financing), St. Louis Public Schools Community Education, and has taught many workshops for community groups.
In 1999, she founded Premier Educational Services, an independent publishing company that publishes credit education books and related publications for individuals, communities, churches and schools. Her company offers training and workshops for organizations, businesses and consumers about credit and money management.
